Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Typescape Inc., operating as Infinit (“Infinit,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and processes personal data in connection with our production and editing services, our website, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Data Controller: For individual client accounts, Infinit is the data controller. Questions can be directed to support@typescape.io.
  • What we collect: Account and contact details, payment information, and — because we are a production and editing service — the video/audio footage you send us or that we capture on your behalf, plus the notes and instructions you give us about how to edit it.
  • AI-assisted editing: Our editing workflow uses automated and AI-assisted tools to support our editors (e.g., organizing footage, generating draft cuts, flagging segments for review). All AI-assisted output is reviewed and approved by a human editor before delivery; final creative decisions rest with you.
  • Who has access: A small number of Infinit team members on your project, plus third-party providers who help deliver the Services (video review platforms, payment processors, cloud storage).
  • Retention: Footage and account data are kept only as long as needed to deliver your project and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Where stored: Primarily Canada and the United States.
  • Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to legal limits.

1. Data Controller

Typescape Inc., operating as Infinit, is the data controller for personal data processed through your use of the Services, unless stated otherwise. Contact: support@typescape.io. If you use our Services under a business/enterprise arrangement, that company may act as controller, with Infinit as processor on their instructions.

2. Scope

Infinit is a managed production and post-production service for independent, long-form content creators — primarily wellness instructors, though not limited to that category. This covers production sessions, editing/post-production, and website/client communications. Our prior consumer app and community platform (“Spaces”) is not active for new clients; legacy account holders should contact support@typescape.iofor the separate notice that applies to that data.

3. Types of Data We Collect and Why

  • 3.1 Account and Client Data — Name, email, business/instructor details. Purpose: managing your account and project. Basis: necessary to provide the Services.
  • 3.2 Payment Data — Payment method, billing details, session history, invoices. Purpose: processing payment. Basis: contract necessity.
  • 3.3 Footage and Content Data — Video/audio you provide or we capture during production, including incidental audio/visual data of others present during filming. Purpose: producing and editing your content. Basis: necessary to perform the service. Note: you’re responsible for obtaining consent from any third parties recorded during your sessions, where required.
  • 3.4 Revision and Instruction Data — Feedback, edit requests, timecode-anchored notes, approvals. Purpose: guiding the edit and improving consistency across projects. Basis: service necessity; legitimate interest in quality improvement.
  • 3.5 Automated/AI-Assisted Processing Data — Metadata generated by automated tools (transcripts, scene/segment detection, draft-cut suggestions). Purpose: supporting editors’ efficiency. Basis: service necessity. Important: AI-assisted tools support human editors and you — they don’t make unreviewed final decisions about your content.
  • 3.6 Support Data — Contact details, communications history, device/browser info. Purpose: client support. Basis: service necessity.
  • 3.7 Website Analytics Data — Click behavior, browser type, IP address, referral source. Purpose: improving our site. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • 3.8 Marketing Contact Data — Name, email. Purpose: newsletters/updates, opt-in only. Basis: consent.

4. Profiling

We may analyze usage patterns (e.g., revision frequency, session cadence) to improve process and pricing. Internal use only; no decision with legal effect on you results from this.
